“I was pleasantly surprised about my experience at this apartment. I have stayed at Columbus Heights before and was not satisfied. This apartment was very clean and accommodating, and had a wonderful view fromthebalcony. It was like a little home away from home. Agent was pleasant and reachable. “The staff was very friendly and attentive! The food was delicious and there were so many different restaurant options to choose from. Humberto from Amstar made booking the excursions and transport a breeze! He was the best! I would definitely stay again My 2 cons would be that the beds were really hard and we did find roaches in our room, but I also understand that the climate and all the food around the resort contribute to that. Overall it was a great trip! ”
