“Beautiful house in a great location. Easily walkable to everything in the historic district. 3 blocks to a Kroger grocery store. Very quiet. Beds are comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms was wonderful! Kitchen is spacious. Would definitely stay again. ”

“We had our annual sister trip in Savannah this year. We are 5 sisters between the ages of 62 and 73. We loved so many things about this charming, historical house. It was truly a comfortable environment and in a great location for walking and connecting to the Hop on Hop Off Trolley. We didn’t cook much or hang out much. “We loved this property. It was our annual girls trip and we wanted a different experience from hotels. The property is exactly as its listed. The host were fabulous and had a coffee & tea area set for us to make our first morning coffee. We had coffee in the garden every morning. We walked alot and never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. We highly recommend this property and are already discussing another possible trip.”

“Issue with fire alarm going off for unknown reason late one night. The host was responsive when we needed to communicate. Located across from fire station so there was some noise during the night. The house was well equipped, the beds were all comfortable, the showers had great water pressure and no problems with temperature. The location was great for walking to everything we wanted to do … be prepared to walk some stairs with this house.”

“Beautiful area of Savannah. The house was clean, kitchen up to date. The owner went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. Court yard was very comfortable and inviting. ”

“Amazing home with special touches in every room. Lots of special extras like coffee, toiletries, extra soft sheets and towels, and maps of the area. The home was very clean and fresh. The home's location was perfect for walking to River Street and all of the other locations we wanted to see. There were only 3 downsides. There was very limited free parking on Broad Street near the home so we parked on Harris Street which you must pay for Mon-Fri via a parking kiosk. The traffic noise from Broad...

Plenty of towels and tons of rooms and areas to hang out. Loved the outdoor courtyard space! Would stay here again! ”

“This was a brand-new home and fit our group of 15 perfectly. From kids to adults, everyone agreed this was a great house with an easy, short walk to the beach. The pool was large, and the surrounding area was great with a large outdoor tv and plenty of outdoor seating/lounging. There were some minor plumbing issues due to being so brand-new, but they were addressed and taken care of immediately by the very responsive property manager. “The house was very clean and perfect for my daughter and myself for a weekend getaway. Very easy to walk to the riverfront and restaurants. The furniture was comfortable and the a/c worked well. The carpet on the stairs has been replaced from what is shown in the pictures. We had a car and easily found parking on the street next to the house. The ParkSavannah app is a better option than using the parking meters. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.”
