“We stay at short term rentals like those on VRBO many times, what can set a place apart when it meets expectations as advertised is communications and the responsiveness of the owner/manager. No place can be perfect all the time and we did have a couple minor issues crop up during our stay however, why I highly recommend this place was the ease in reaching, and quick action of the owner to take care of them Which is all you can ask and not always the case at some properties. “Great property. Immaculately clean and well laid out. Perfect for my wife and I and two adult daughters. Two smallish dogs as well. Very comfortable and equipped inside. Nice yard for dogs on leash outside. Quiet, nice neighborhood. Will plan to stay when warm to enjoy the sunroom, deck, grill and yard. Very nice and comfortable. No issues entering and great communication.”

“We loved our stay at the bungalow last weekend. Donna equipped the home with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and more. It is located in a quiet area steps from the Milford Point Audubon center, Wheeler Marsh and Cedar beach. We walked to the Walnut Beach area where there are a few shops and restaurants, most notably a delicious Mexican restaurant and coffee shop. A perfect get away, despite the questionable weather.”

“Our family gathered for a dinner with 22 people on the patio and the setting and house made that possible and it was lovely. 30 family members came to practice a dance on the back lawn and we had space in the house for them to relax and visit. Our family of 10 was very comfortable and found the accommodations tasteful and renovations were lovely! “This was walking distance to the Total Mortgage Arena for our robotics competition. Having the full kitchen to cook meals was awesome. Nice comfy beds, plenty of space, I claimed the nook off the kitchen/dining area for myself. Boys had front room to work on their robot.”

“The location was great and thre property was almost perfect for our needs. The only negative issue was ants. When we got up the first morning of our stay the counter was teeming with ants. There were several ant traps on the counters but they were pretty ineffective Otherwise, the house was great.”

“It was a very nice property with wildlife so regular we joked about them being paid actors, in a nice walkable neighborhood. If it had been a bit warmer inside, it would have been perfect (we visited early February, but not during a blizzard)! Hosts were fairly prompt when contacted, and very gracious.”

I stay here at least 6 to 10 nights a month for the last few months and every time I stay here it’s just a great place Every morning as soon as you get off the elevator in the lobby the staff members at the front desk say “good morning and have a great day” When you stay there the manager is very friendly and helpful Overall it’s a great place ”
