“We absolutely loved the location in regards to the activities we had planned. The layout of home was great! Everything we needed was available. Unfortunately, the shower in the master bath would not maintain a consistent temperature. That was very uncomfortable and took away from what would have been a near perfect stay. The back yard had not been cleaned since recent storms. Was not safe to walk around. Overall was a wonderful stay though. ”

“Perfect for beach and surfing. 5 minute walk as described. Two surf shops, Flohana and Neilson right on the way. Nice little private back yard for a dog. Host is very responsive and helpful. Beach supplies provided and nice beach buggy you push to get your things to the beach. This is a duplex. One private parking provided. There is public parking along the street when available. It is close to downtown. Can walk to restaurants and shops. ”

“This is a wonderful little cottage in a great location in Cocoa beach. Can walk to the beach and resturaunts and quieter than up in the more commercial area. Fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. Many little touches that made our stay better. Will definitely stay again when in Cocoa beach”

Our family enjoyed our trip and our hosts were responsive, kind, and made the stay great! The coffee bar was a huge bonus and the beach gear made the trip so much better. We would stay here again. ”
