“Front desk went out of there way to make sure we had a room to stay in without us being able to communicate with them for a late check-in. We arrived at 11:45pm. Fortunately they had emailed us info on the room and location of key for it. We had a great sleep. ”

“Like the previous reviewer of this property we were also disappointed to find that we were also given a double room with a shared shower room rather than a private bathroom that we booked and was detailed in our hotels.com receipt (photo attached of booking shows standard room and private bathroom and have checked and if you go in to site today standard room shows private bathroom. As we were very tired after our journey and waiting around for 3 hours to gain access to our room at check in...
