“The property was as described! We were in the area for our National Dog Show at Purina Farms Event Center for a week. The location was perfect distance to Purina. There was ample green space to walk the dogs. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend this property and will be staying again in the future!”

“We all had a great time at Sunset Ridge. We were within a 25 min drive of many great activities. We explored caves, did zip lining, river rafting, and ate great food at Route 66 restaurants. Sunset Ridge was centrally located to all those activities and provided a beautiful and relaxing spot to wind down for the day. Sunsets were beautiful, and the property was quiet and peaceful. “This is our second stay at this beautiful property. We rang in the New Year at Mandolin Ridge and it was beautiful. We were greeted with the birth of two baby goats which was quite auspicious. The home is spacious and like going to a comfortable, beautifully appointed museum. Each room has hidden delights. A feast for the eyes indeed. The host, Loribeth, is considerate and warm as well detail oriented. It is clear she wants to provide excellence! Mandolin Ridge and Loribeth really deliver.”

“Everything about this property is wonderful. The house more than met our expectations. So much room - so very inviting & very accommodating. Cathy, the owner, was very gracious & kind. We had a lovely bon fire one night, such a huge treat on a chilly night. We had plenty of table space to eat together & play board games on. The whole week was magical & we all will treasure memories that were made at the River Place.”

“Very unique property with super comfortable beds. We enjoyed hanging out as a family by the fire pit. Coffee in the mornings watching all the birds and chipmunks in the back yard. Close to everywhere we needed to be. We made several meals at the house and found a great pizza place nearby, Saucys, for a cozy night in.”

“Don't get me wrong, the couple was very nice. Let us check out their animals, go to the spring on their property, gave us a dozen eggs... However, I was under the impression there were beds, not air mattresses in the tent, air mattresses do not hold heat and are a poor choice when it gets cold becausethey also deflate with cold weather. The blankets provided were unacceptably thin. If I had not brought blankets from home we would have frozen to death. I finally gave up and everyone slept in the...
