“We so enjoyed being on the water wonderful sunrises & a few manatee sightings. Very clean AC was cold, hot showers, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Beach and pool within easy walking distance as well as some good restaurants. Agree with everyone 100% Dani is a excellent Host!”

“Overall -a perfect set up for a large extended family with a range of ages. Many outdoor activities on the property. The pool and hot tub are amazing . The house is huge with private corridors (bed and bath) for individual families to be near one another. Kitchen and dining perfect for our large crowd. “This house was perfect for our two families of five. It was clean and welcoming. The views were amazing from the decks and dock. Our families enjoyed the beautiful and tranquil pool area. It was perfect for when the passing Florida showers came. We just jumped out of the pool to the covered sitting area. Our fishermen enjoyed the dock and kayaks. We also loved our bike rides to Sombrero Beach and the Dockside restaurant. We were sad to leave this wonderful property.”

"Nice hotel and good location and over all good. But price for one night is very high and not price worthy for a couple, on top of a very high price they took extra charge for using the pool and beach, 52 USD a day. Soo I can not recommend this hotel "
