“The overall stay was enjoyable but the villa was advertised as 'luxury' and we feel this isn't quite the case. The area in which the villa is situated is lovely, secluded and quiet but within the villa its self the kitchen is under equipped with the bare minimum utensils, pots, pans etc. There were no 'pantry' items at all tea, coffee, salt, herbs, etc The patio furniture was very old and cushion covers were ripped. There was definately a problem with ants in the villa especially in the upstairs...

“We had a lovely family holiday at Villa Nout. Communication prior to the visit and the check in procedure were excellent. The location for the beach and local shops/bars is excellent, though the photographs on the listing are very outdated. There is a large hotel adjacent, which causes shade on the villa pool from mid afternoon. The noise from the hotel was not intrusive. The indoor and outdoor spaces were lovely including the pool which was always clean.The couple of small points for us that would have made it a 5 - we had a couple of small issues with communications as there seemed to be two teams we dealt with, so made it a little confusing who to contact and as such were a couple of small delays to queries (though always responsive, friendly and helpful).For us,...

“The property is incredible with each cottage in the complex facing both sea and mountain views. The staff are attentive, extremely friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant has a great menu but their daily specials are truly spectacular. It was also very family-friendly and our baby had the time of her life. ”
