“Very clean condo with awesome views. Convenient to restaurants and attractions. On-site resident manager that ensures guests follow the rules. Great close access to the beach. Can see dolphins from the balcony and it was interesting to see the ships pass by. Overall, a great time and value. ”

“This condo was small but cozy. It was the perfect size for me and I loved the location. There was an issue with the air conditioner, Michael was super responsive and had someone out right away to fix the problem. AC ran great for the rest of my stay. I would stay there again.”

“As others have mentioned, the apartment is very small in every respect -- living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. But it is well equipped, comfortable, and has great views. If you're looking for a quieter Tybee Island beach experience, this is a great place. The only real downside for us was the pool area being constantly overrun with families -- there was almost never an umbrella, chair or table available. But the beach is just a few steps beyond and better in most ways anyway.”

“Great location and great stay. The only recommendation is to please change the inside shower curtain as it is a bit moldy. The rest of the place was wonderful!!!”
