“The view off the 18th green of Harbour Town and Calibogue Sound is beautiful and serene. We sit on the porch, read and listen to the little “pirates” at all hours of the day. So peaceful!”

“The property was comfortable and a good size for our group. The beach was easy walking distance. We had plenty to do and the area is lovely for walking or bike riding. The host provided some board games which we enjoyed when we took a break from the sun. Loved that basic cleaning supplies and coffee filters were provided.My mom is 82 and was with us on the trip, the stairs were a little challenging for her. Not an issue for the younger generations, but something to consider if you have someone...

“Our family enjoyed our stay at Steve and Barbara's villa. The rental was well stocked, nicely decorated and the golf course view was amazing. The rental had everything we needed to enjoy time at the beach - chairs, floaties, and umbrella. We would definitely stay again!”

“**What We Loved:**Spacious, clean, and quiet retreat with a well-stocked modern kitchen and powerful AC. The walk-in shower was excellent, and we loved being just steps from the beach (3-minute walk) and a short stroll to Salty Dog marina. Great access to Sea Pines’ bike paths with plenty of parking.**Minor Notes:**The beach is actually on the sound rather than ocean (no waves) and no community pool available. **Bottom Line:**Fantastic, comfortable stay in an ideal location. Highly recommend!”

“Such a great place and fully stocked.The condo had everything you need and Cathy also provided snacks and coffee. The beach was a short walk and even the plaza with all the restaurants. We barely drove, we just walked most of the time. We also enjoyed the tiki Hut which is a also a short walk.”

“Vince is an incredible host & is very responsive to any questions that we had. Their condo is pretty much in the middle of Coligny Square & beach access , which are the desirable spots for visitors. The pics of the condo do not do it justice, it’s 2 story & wonderfully decorated. Most importantly, it is super clean. We had 7 adults & in my opinion could definitely sleep 10. So, if you want to feel like you’re part of a family, Vince & his Wife do just that. Incredible Host & awesome...
