“コンドミニアム棟に泊まりましたが、正直、かなり建物は傷んでいます（廃墟といってもおかしくないくらい）。宿泊客もまばらでした。 しかし、室内はリフォームされていて、ものすごく快適。水の出方も、室内の清潔感も何一つ問題なく、過ごせました。 建物の古さや修繕ができないのは、レオパレスというよりも、観光客が遠のいているグアムそのものの問題なのでは。市街地のタモン湾から遠いという圧倒的なハンデはありますが、それだけではないような気がします。 以前、一度泊まったときの活気を取り戻してもらいたいです。”

“Very family friendly, especially if for young children. Great range of books and games in the cupboards upstairs.Only one bathroom did cause a few issues with 6 adults. Oven was practically unusable, fan function did not work and neither did the grill. It took ages to preheat on convection and is very old and not clean.The beds were quite comfortable, pillows very comfy. Shower very powerful - as were all the water outlets. Shower does let water out so make sure you have a towel and mat down...

“Great location, very close to the heart of the village. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, well appointed and had a very comfortable bed. Heat pumps both upstairs and downstairs made it comfortable whatever the temperature. Communication was excellent throughout. Would happily stay again.”

“It Was advertised as a “phenomenal penthouse” & “gorgeous apartment” this was False & Misleading and in need of repairs, a thorough clean, patch & paint job. It was a below average ordinary apartment.”

We had a great time and enjoyed the place.The host was very responsive, i.e. we always received an answer within a few minutes for any question we had, which was very much appreciated.We definitely can recommend that place.”

Per Expedia booking, expected to receive email from the host, but never did (correct email verified in the booking). Had to search through our Expedia booking to get check-in instructions. The signs on the stairs leading to the studio were confusing - the sign points to the upper unit and the property address was posted at the top of the stairs, leading one to...

“Fantastic location and view, clean and comfortable beds & seating. Having a vehicle, parking was an issue during the day as only paid parking available but we were out most of the day. Aircon very noisy but works well. No end of local pubs and eating options close by in walking distance.”
