“Very nice front desk staff. Some of the appliances in the hotel room were incredibly outdated, but you could tell they were slowly modernizing them. The A/C worked well enough, not super cold but still comfortable. Really nice partial ocean view, and having a washer/dryer in the hotel room itself was beyond convenient. Quiet and clean, would stay here again!”

“The Harbour Studio is really lovely. Easily accessible. Close to town and supermarkets etc.It was also very warm, and dry despite being winter. The room gets sun all afternoon (if there is sun to be had)Despite sharing access with two other properties, it was lovely and private.I enjoyed a couple of lovely walks along the shared path that runs along the harbour.The standout feature of the studio is the view. “This was a nicely-kept property that is convenient to town. As others have noted, it IS on a hill (as are most places in Queenstown) so the walk BACK from town may be a bit strenuous for some. Being on the hill, however, provides a nice view of the lake. There IS some construction in the area, but this did not affect us aside from adding a minute or two to the walk into town. “Lovely accommodation, was perfect for what we needed, very comfortable, aesthetic vibe and easy to get into. Only point worth suggesting to the host for future bookings is more information on where we could park as the accommodation listed parking available, it would have been great to have some more information or suggestions on where to park as it was street parking and most parks within walking distance had unrealistic time limits for what our stay required.
