“The property is a street back from pacific beach and surrounded by tons of dining and other attractions. The property was as advertised and a great pet-friendly venue for our two dogs. It was a perfect location for friends/family for 5-days!”

“The place was in a perfect location. We were close to everything. The house was clean. The only problem was when the upstairs neighbors checked in with all of their kids at 10pm you could hear them running back and forth through the whole downstairs. Other then that i would absolutely rent this again.”

“The property had an amazing views right across Sunset Cliffs. You could see this sunset every day, which was amazing. The house is very large and can accommodate a very large group and well and also has a very nice pool and hot tub. The host was also easy to contact very helpful.”

“This unit has a great location. It’s on the second floor with a view of the ocean from several windows. Lots of good food options within walking distance. The layout worked for our family of 5 (all adults). There’s an open room with the kitchen and dining area included. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are separate from each other. There is gated parking. There is some late night street noise, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d especially recommend the location.”

“We loved our stay! The views are really hard to beat and the location was supreme! About a 20min walk to beach/ town. 15min drive to the airport and downtown. We were a group of 12 and had more than enough space both inside and outside. One thing to note is that there are three bedrooms connected railroad style, but that wasn't an issue for us.”

“We are a group of women who were in Nurses training 55 years ago. We get together yearly now for 5 days or so to reconnect and enjoy each others company. This house was perfect for us as we each had our own bedroom, but there were penalty of areas to gather. House was very clean and well equipped. Great location with amazing sunsets and close to all we wanted to do. 15 minutes from the airport. Joseph was responsive to our needs also. Thanks so much for making this property available to us.”

“This home is one of the best-situated pieces of real property in San Diego. The views over the bay in the morning, afternoon, and evening are second to none. The ability to walk down from your own private staircase with a paddle board and get out on the water is really wonderful. The home and all details therein are really nice. You can swim in the pool, the hot tub is quick to heat and easy to use, and all of the creature comforts are present. We would love to stay here again. Highly...

“As part of a multigenerational family trip to celebrate a college gradation, this house was perfect. From grandparents to young kids, everyone had a blast. Very clean. Very open spaces. We cooked large meals for 10 people on grill and in kitchen. Owner was very responsive to our questions.”

We spent a lot of time in the private courtyard when we weren't at the beach or exploring many of the other great things to do near the rental.
