“Cute, clean tidy with all modern amenities for an older cottage. Close 2 minute walk to beach, wild life amazing and surprisingly friendly. Neighbours are very nice and all residents are very friendly and make you very welcome to their island. Bowls club has awesome lunches with free pick u and drop off curtesy bus. Simply Devine”

“Meredith and Chris are amazing and very hospitable hosts. The cottage was the perfect location to rest, relax and unwind from busy everyday life. Very spoilt receiving home made brownies, jam and sourdough bread. Appreciated all those extra things like butter curls, freshly baked goods, fridge and pantry items and firewood. We felt very relaxed and welcome at little bird cottage.”

“So beautifully decorated and with quality appliances and inclusions. Has everything you need including fully equipped mini kitchen and surprisingly generous shower and king sized bed. Huge television, air con, wifi and it was private. Delicious breakfast included. We had a wonderful stay and my girls said it’s been their favourite accommodation so far - and we travel a lot. Thank you Lucinda!”

“Staff communications mix up placed us in an upgraded room and an hour later we were told we had to shift rooms the next morning. Staff helped with the move.Room lacked table and chairs making do with 2 lounge chairs and a tea trolley. toilet ran out of flushing water on several occasions during the night. Bed OK but doona much too heavy. Lovely setting, too bad bar and restaurant only open at weekends. We would not return.”

“The Cottage is quaint however, somewhat dated decor and furniture. No coffee machine as listed. Unfortunately, the road noise is audible inside the cottage. Otherwise, close to The Gallery Walk, other coffee shops and shopping. ”
