"Stort hotell på gott och ont. Det finns mycket att göra på hotellet och stort serviceutbud, men det blir svårt att hålla hög standard över hela utbudet när det är så stort. Men det som vi hade svårast för är att man röker inomhus i navet för hotellet (baren under glaskupolen), där rök sprider sig till alla delar av hotellet. Det känns inte rent."

"Booked a Double Room Deluxe with the terrace but in the end we got a smaller room with a "french balcony". Meanwhile we also asked for an extra bed before arrival in the room (with a confirmation from the hotel 9 months ago that it should be fine), when arrived no extra-bed was in the room, not even 3h after check-in. When the extra bed finally arrived after talking with the reception, it surprisingly was just a mattress on the floor! To add, a bottle of wine was also mention to be in the room, not even that was added, neither after we commented it at the 2nd day. Room wasn´t even cleaned after our first night!"
