“The property was fun to stay in. However, it needed a good clean. The floors were very dirty, you would walk about and have black feet after. Crumbs and bits of food around the kitchen floor. Cupboards were sticky. From when the last person stopped (check out 11 am) and we weren’t allowed to check in till 16:00. I cannot see what was done to the property in this time. There was old happy birthday confetti on the floor. Also, there was washing left in the washing machine. The oven smelled of gas...

“There was no visitor book, I have stayed in many places and this is the first where there has been nothing! No I stucyions on how to work the heating, TV etc I had to contact the owner, and after a few texts back and forth he eventually sent me the instructions and then ignored me the next day when I asked for help with the tv ”

“One of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been travelling for almost 50 years. Clean, plenty of space, quiet and all the things in the kitchen area that I needed. Comfy bed. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Very nice staff and just 10 minutes walk, tops, from the train station and city centre. Will definitely stay here on my next visit to Liverpool. ”
