“The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with basic staples provided. Very nice to have two bathrooms (—water pressure was great for shower-taking.) Loved the location —great neighborhood. And the property manager, Emanuela, could not have been nicer nor more helpful. Very much look forward to going back—-hopefully sooner than later!”

“We took a detour after a work trip to visit Venice for Carnival. Massimo’s place was exactly what we needed. It was big enough to give everyone privacy but a great place to hang out together. It’s a great location and easy to walk everywhere but also really quiet for when we wanted to get away from the crowds. Massimo was extremely proactive and communicative and was quick to provide helpful information about transportation and places to visit. We loved the place and would absolutely visit again”

“In summary, we landed at Marco Polo Airport and arrived by boat via Alilaguna Waterbus to the Arsenal Boat dock at 12:00 AM.
