“The house was incredibly nice! The pictures dont do it justice. Location is secluded and relaxing, with the porch rocking chairs making it very easy to sit back and enjoy outside. Anything you needed was there and easily accessible. Even the things the owners can't control were awesome! Had multiple deer outside, a bear sighting down the road, turkeys surveying the fence line. If we come back to TN we will definitely be staying here again!”

It was perfect for our family of 5. We had another family member renting one of the other houses on the same property and enjoyed walking between the houses and enjoying all of the animals. “I needed to find something close to the Maury hospital so my friend could go back and for to the NICU. This place was perfect. Not only was it super cute inside but it also had 3 bedrooms. The kids room off the living room with the bunk beds was perfect. And me and my friend were each able to have our own bedrooms. The air conditioner worked great. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. I loved the backyard and was able to play with my friends 2 year old out there...

“Located about 20 minutes outside Franklin, TN. The perfect location to enjoy some peace & quiet. Everything was excellent. The rental listing was spot on! Plenty of room for families, very well decorated, and includes everything you can think of. Well stocked kitchen, extra linens, even toiletries. We will be back and staying longer.”

“It's remote--25 min from downtown Franklin-- but accessible. Def go to the red Byrd coffee place in Leipers Fork. Fireplace is not reliable. But the house is great for 2-3 couples plus up to 6 kids, or more. The kids loved the yard. Lots of games available. Good kitchen.”

“It was that time of the year when the ladybugs invade! They were kinda cute to have around. Visited Carter House, Carnton and Winstead Hill. Great tour guides at the houses. Notes from Leipers Fork book had a chapter that coincided with The Offer series about The Godfather that we happened to be watching in the evenings while we were there. Sunk down and Slept like a log in the master bed. Appreciated all the kitchen amenities. Some kind of lighting on edge of drive as it curves would help...

“We came for Grandson’s HSbgraduation and birthday party. We also visit dbFralin and Mashville bookstores. She ch a great place to stay. Quiet with only lightening bugs flashing. Owls hooting, 14 year cicadas mating and bluebirds nesting. Cabin was excellent comfortable and spacious. Homelike feeling and many antiques to look at in house. We loved it!”

“This is a wonderful property and exactly what we wanted. Not far from conveniences (15 minutes) and larger city if we wanted to visit Nashville (30 minutes) but such a peaceful and restful place to visit. Fox and Locke is a great restaurant within a couple of miles so easy to grab something. The main house is great for two people or small children on the sofa bed. The second space is great if you have two couples or some older children to have their own space. It was beautiful!”

“We booked the cabin for my son’s graduation and birthday celebration. The set up of the home was perfect for our group. I have never stayed ANYWHERE else that had every touch of every amenity. The bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper, a whole first aid kit (which came in handy), shampoo, conditioner, and so much more! The kitchen had spices, condiments in the fridge, pods for the dishwasher, paper towels. These owners thought of absolutely everything a family would need that we wouldn’t have...

“I booked this farm because I wanted to be in the country and around farm life. The cabin itself was more than spacious. The bed was super comfy. The temperature control unit was perfect! And I was able to hang out on the couch in the living room while my husband slept in. We were greeted by Dixie the horse at night and in the morning. The coffee was abundant for my husband and I. We were touring downtown Nashville when we were in town, and we found that Columbia was the perfect distance away...

“My family and I visited the area for a wedding. The house was just as advertised. The manager’s of the home provided everything we needed. This was my uncle’s first time ever staying at a home rather than a hotel while traveling. He loved it!! The area around the home was very nice and reminded us of home.”
