"Good hotel with a nice staff."

"The pool area and the all inclusive service is great, great food options and drinks, great cocktails and very good a la carte considering its all inclusive. The rooms however need a redo and are not at all 5 star, they are more 3 star. We had a family room with sea view, the sea view and balcony was great, they also had a baby crib and the room was large. But the beds, facilities and bathrooms need to be redone. Overall an ok experience but compared to Mitsis Blue Domes the room and facilities are lacking and in general 3 star not 5 star. Service was friendly though and the pool area was great which made up for some or this. Pool chairs are hard to get though…last ones are gone by 8 am. Probably a better option when it’s not high season. We would stay at Mitsis chain again but not this specific hotel maybe…it all depend on the price and renovations done to the rooms. With room renovations they will be a true 5 star and can charge more. Kids club/room also needs a renovation and was not so clean and good. View from a la carte restaurants is amazing but that’s also newly built so everything newly built is great, the old stuff not so much. "
