“The house was wonderful and very clean. The ping pong table was an added bonus! Beds and couch were very comfortable. The property managers were very responsive to any issues and very communicative. The only issue we had was the traffic noise on the street and spotlight from the neighbors garage, but nothing you can do about that, so other than that it was a great place to stay!”

“Like the space and location of the property, towels had a bit of a weird smell. I feel like cleaning could improve, there was hair on the floors the first day I arrived as well as in the showers.”

“This home was perfect for our needs. It was only a few blocks from the fair grounds, which was perfect. The house was very clean, had adequate accommodations and plenty of room for our needs. The patio outside was perfect for morning coffee and breakfast. The hosts were very pleasant and easy to get a hold of.”

“The property was great in every way. We spent the month skiing at Alta, Solitude, Park City, Deer Valley and Snow Basin, all within approximately an hour or less drive. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils. Definitely a do over”

“The host is a wonderful communicator. The apartment is lovely. You can tell there is a lot of thought and energy put into making each person feel welcome. My girls and I had plenty of room to spend time together and also have alone time. The location made it easy to get to the slopes and to the University. We will stay here again if our travel takes us to Utah.”

“Great little place but Id be embarrassed to let people stay there if I owned it. Cabinets and walls need painted badly. House was decently stocked, could use some knives and a few other items in the kitchen.”

“Medium scale apartment in a residential area. One problem with the shower in the hallway and no heat in the en suite bathroom. Otherwise clean and functional.”

“Everything about the place was great. Close to the Salt Palace and downtown area. Easy walk down the hill, plenty of space for our group, and great views. Janna was a great host and helped us with any request we had. Would book again for sure.”

“The house was a nice remodeled house with lots of amenities including a small ping pong table/pool table. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and other supplies that you normally don't see in a VRBO. It was great for a place to stay after each day skiing.”

“Wonderful place..perfect for week of history center research..we were 3 couples.. host made sure the snow was shoveled before we left every morning and offer to add a night if needed for weather delays at airport which wasn't needed..we will stay again”

“Plenty room for our family for sons wedding. The use of the term luxury is a bit overstated given that the 20 year old home is dated throughout. It’s simply a large tract home in a nice neighborhood. The beds are generally pretty good and everyone had plenty of space to enjoy being together 5 days. Yes I would recommend to others for sure.”

“Recently remodeled and well done. Beds were comfy and having three bathrooms was great for our competing cheerleaders to be able to get ready. My complaints were that there was nowhere in the house for our group to sit and hang out together or to eat a meal together. One small table in the kitchen with three chairs and three barstools at the counter. We had wanted to play a game but it wasn’t comfortable. The living room also does not adequately seat the amount of people the house advertises. I...

“We had a wonderful time staying at this home on our ski trip. The home is charming and historic but tastefully updated, beautifully decorated, well-stocked and perfectly clean. The location is wonderful—close to airport, walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and everything else downtown, and also has easy access to freeways to get you to all the ski mountains nearby! Sam was a wonderful host and ensured we had what we needed during our entire stay. We can’t wait to stay here again!”

“We have stayed in a few condos all over the west coast and this condo is by far one of the best. It has a beautiful view of DT, it’s cute and just the right size. It’s a quick walk over to the Delta center (main reason for our trip to SLC) we highly recommend this unit for your future trips to SLC, I know we will be back!”
