“We truly enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Massachusetts Retreat. It was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in, and the space and layout easily accommodated four friends on a week-long vacation. There are so many cute towns within easy proximity to the location. Parking was easy and very convenient just a few steps from the back door. The upstairs living area is great for conversation and the downstairs living area was where we congregated every evening to watch Netflix. I highly recommend this...

“Great communication with the host. The place was just as advertised. If there were any issues the host was quick to respond. The place is in a perfect spot just far enough away from the commercialized Salem to be quiet and close enough to walk to everything. Our family enjoyed the stayed and would stay here again. The only recommendation I would make is blinds in the living room area.”

“Clean big apartment. Quite street. Anything you want on the TV is there. There was no wash clothes or hand towels but there was very nice towels. Alot of amenities. Two of us were over 60 so the stairs were a bit much but it was fine. Close to Boston and Salam.”

“5 stars! Wonderful place, incredible views right on the beach. Don't know what we enjoyed more - sunrise coffee or sunset bourbon on the deck. Great location - everything you need just a few minutes away and Salem is only around 45 minutes to the south. Check in/out very easy with great instructions and timely, easy communication with your host. Thank you!”

“We were recently in Stoneham for a short weekend trip to tour colleges. The rental was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood, near restaurants and stores within 30 mins from where we were scheduled to spend the day. Great stay overall.”

“It was our first time staying beach side and this little bungalow offered so much. You really can’t beat the location. Though in the more active area of the island, it was quiet and peaceful. The space was very cozy, perfect for two or ideal for a small family.”

It is clean, quiet, and located about a 15-20 minute walk from the newbury beach and a 10 minute drive to downtown Newburyport. We brought our pup and he enjoyed playing at the beach as well as walking around some of the marsh trails. The local restaurants are SO good and some even dog friendly.
