“The lodge is currently being renovated so the manager is off site in the evening. Jo the manager is very helpful, answering questions, telling you about the attractions in the area, and how to use the city shuttle. The bathroom needs a safety bar by the tub and the heater/ac filter needs to be clean more often as there was dust in the air which bothered my allergies. “I travel a lot for business and for conferences and this property was very cozy, clean, and spacious, which made for a pleasant stay and for it’s ability to have a washer and dryer, sure, this is nice for vacations, too, but when I don’t have a lot of time or options, it’s super convenient. The hosts were great, too!”

“My 7 year old and I had a great time. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean and close to the lagoon and pool. My only suggestion would be to add some hooks for jackets and beach towels for extra storage. We had a great time and would stay again.”

“My friend and I stayed here. We booked it because it is close to the entrance. We planned to take the shuttle to the entrance then realized we could easily walk the 0.7 miles from the B&B. We thought we were going to share the bed. Turned out there was a pull-out sofa bed. The breakfasts were delicious! We appreciated all of the tips about the hiking. Friendly, clean, comfortable and close - What more could you ask for? Highly recommend staying here!”

“We really enjoyed this casita in a small quiet gated community near Snow Canyon State Park. The owner was super responsive and easy to work with. We took advantage of the community workout room, hottub, and pickleball court as well. The casita seems new with a large bathroom with tub and shower as well as washer/dryer. The kitchen area is small but worked for us. We biked in to Snow Canyon several times for hiking and also biked to the Chuckwalla trails and to Ivins Unity park for tennis. The...

“This was a great little spot for a weekend girl's trip. The communication was wonderful, and I got a quick resolution to a small hiccup. It is a neighborhood, but it was quiet. There are steps you need to go down to get to the door. They are a little steep which caused me a little issue, but it would not stop us from staying here again.”

“The stay was good and it was close enough to where we were going that it worked out. If you're renting a Tesla, you may want to consider staying somewhere closer to a supercharger but there are a few that aren't too far away. The property doesn't have its own fire pit so be aware and the hot water doesn't work. “Stayed here for 4 nights while we were exploring Zion and Bryce Canyon and it was in the perfect location! Leeds is the perfect small town that is close to Zion! We loved the RV park, it had an amazing area for the dogs, very clean bathrooms, and the camper was a good size for my husband and I! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the bed was pretty uncomfortable.”
