“The house had everything we needed for our friends' weekend away. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and everything worked. It could do with a lick of paint in places, but otherwise we were impressed with the spacious accommodation. The house is well located, with an easy 10 minute walk into Stratford , for the shops, restaurants and theatre. Kristy was helpful and quick to respond.”

“The house is in a great location, overlooking the race course and with balconies and a patio. Town centre is a gentle walk along the river, I managed a morning jog around the race track and a stroll down the very popular Greenway. Inside it is really clean, with loads of space for 6 of us to freely move around without bumping into each other. My dad isn’t great on his feet, so a downstairs bedroom with en-suite was a great feature. The house has everything - we’ve been caught out before...

“This spacious house was equipped with everything and more. The small details really made a difference and the finishings were if a high standard. Having a real fire was an unexpected bonus We made good use of the space and it was easy to get to Oxford, Woodstock and some great country walks locally. “We stayed at the red brick barn over New Year with friends. Very spacious yet cosy with the log fire - the dogs loved it! Beautiful views! Good communication with the owner when we had some issues with the heating upon check in which were quickly resolved. Thanks for a great stay!”

“Had a wonderful stay at this fabulous house. It was lovely and clean, good size, great kitchen and comfy beds. The garden with the hot tub was a hit and the owners left a lovely hamper of goodies, which was a nice touch. It was a short walk to town, plenty of parking. Would definitely stay again!”

“The property was better than described. The facilities were ideal and extensive, especially the swimming pool. It was just what we needed for a rainy weekend away with ages ranging from 5 to 70. All the bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds. The bathrooms had good showers and plenty of hot water. The kitchen/family room worked really well meaning we could all be together. Stephanie replied quickly to any queries and was very helpful. We would definitely return.”

“The room exceeded my expectations! Lots of space, and the room had a very luxurious feel to it. Having a little kitchenette was very handy too. Kate was really lovely and made it easy to check in and out - answering any questions that we had. Can't wait to come back again! Thank you so much, I couldn't recommend this place more!”

“The fan didn't work, the 2 skylight windows were full of cobwebs and didn't look like they had been cleaned, the tap in the kitchen was coming away from its base, the extractor fans were a little bit noisy.Would have liked to have been on a lower floor. Other than that, we would definitely stay again, loved the ruins and the squirrels. ”
