Hotell med pool i Mayarivieran

“The room I booked was huge with an excellent shower. The room got really humid because I left the shower door open to ”air it out” so I recommend keeping it closed at all times as it seems to stop the ventilation from working properly. Dinner buffet wasn’t as nice considering breakfast and lunch was excellent, many options and actually seasoned food where you can alter the heat level with all the extra condiments they have on the side. Never had time to try the ala carte options though. Pool...

“We stay at one of Barcelo Maya resorts at least once a year with Palace being our favorite. I'm scoring low our stay this year because how activities were run this year. Basically, activities by pool are followed per schedule, even if there is just one participant. Activities on the beach though are being canceled without any warning. Staff would come, interrupt games without any warning (there is a schedule board that doesn't get updated). I understand weddings on the beach are cool and bring...

“Bra service! Men slitet hotell”

“We had a great stay at Ocean Riviera Paradise in Playa del Carmen while traveling with our two young children (3 and 5 years old). The resort is beautiful, family-friendly, and offers plenty of pools, activities, and good dining options. Our room was comfortable and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. During our trip, my partner unfortunately became ill and needed to go to the hospital. We want to give a very special thank you to the concierge, Lisandro, who helped us...

“Extremely slow check-in (2 hours) and then flooding from the drain in our room, so we had to change rooms (which took another 1 hour). Long but complicated information regarding the hotel and the parks, so it could be made better and preferably in text form that you can read in the room). Otherwise good.”
