"Otrolig utsikt över Bryssel. Slitna rum men rena. Vi fick vänta en timme på att checka in för rummet inte var färdigstädat vid ankomst. Frukost med tema hälso och klimatsmart, dcck lång kö till kaffe och te hade behövts en station till för det. Centralt och bra. "

"Helt okej hotell. Dock så är fönsterna tunna så du kommer definitivt tydligt höra sirenerna och ljudisoleringen mellan rummerna är obefintlig. Du kan höra hur folk går på toa och möbler flyttas. Frukosten är däremot bra…"

"Old and tired hotel, in need of refurbishment. No shuttle from the airport, which makes the transport complicated... 1.5 km from the nearest bus station (by night, the path it seems being in the middle of nowhere) and 700 m from the train station. The shuttle dissapeared during the pandemic and the hotel never bothered to reintroduce it. An Uber/ Bolt from the airport cost 20 - 25 euros. The 4 stars are 3 and look like 2. The TV in the room has only a few channels available, a menu that will take you a while to understand and it takes its time to respond to the commands... if it ever responds. If you have a car, they will charge you 18 euros/ day. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and good breakfast."

"The hotel is as great as it looks. The rooms and beds are very comfortable, the service is great and the little extras make your stay just that much more comfortable (ice bucket, breakfast in the room). No noise complaints at all, I don't think I heard anyone from our room. Will definitely come back or try another one of their locations!"

"Arrived 1:20AM with an already paid hotel reservation (300€), when arriving hotel is OVERBOOKED and NO room available! Being told they have booked me at a nearby hotel and taxi will arrive in 5-10min…. NO took 20min for taxi to arrive (with 20+ cabs available one floor down). Was told new hotel was 5min away… NO hotel was 10min away. When arriving to the new hotel… NO reservation had been done by the Sheraton Brussels Airport hotel!!!! During our 20min wait I asked for a bottle of water and was told… NO you have to pay for it!!! Stay away from this hotel, they blame everything and everyone apart from them self. "
