“The beach proximity and access couldn’t be beat! Sitting on the patio people watching, dolphin sighting and relaxing was so fun. Easy to walk to all you need, good restaurants, good food, supermarket within walking distance. We didn’t even rent a car and it was not missed! The only negative I have is the shower. “The property is in a nice central location between Pacific Beach Pier and Belmont park. We paddle-boarded and sailed in the bay and walked to Belmont Park several times. The ocean is just across the street. The apartment is right next to Mission Bay Aquatic Center, where you can rent sailboats, paddleboards, and kayaks. The apartment is very spacious and nicely furnished. The sofa bed is not comfortable for adults, but the kids didn't mind it.”

“This place is just steps from the bay, perfect for younger children to play. Sand toys were provider. The rooftop deck was so beautiful with a view of the bay. Had a nice back patio to store our personal e-bikes securely. On a bike path so we never got back in the car during the whole stay!”

“This place was great and the communication with the property managers was awesome (especially when we had a drain issue). The property is in an idea location and it's only a few blocks to the beach. The parking here is AMAZING and would probably rent this location just for that convenience. “Disappointing first impression (wide-angle photos make the property look bigger than it is, and it's right on an alleyway with garbage cans). But it was great having a nice kitchen and nice bedrooms, lots of towels, nice areas to hang out both inside and out, grill, gas fire pit. So nice being close to the ocean, the bay, and nice cafes and restaurants. Close to beach yoga and rentals of bikes and surf boards. REALLY enjoyed our stay!”

“We had an awesome stay at La Siesta. The place itself is nicely furnished and well kept. There was a couple spots they were in the process of remodeling but no big deal to us. The outside deck was great. Just keep in mind its also part of the rental house but with a large separation in-between the two. The hosts were very welcoming and even went out of the way to bring us a couple beach chairs. The only hiccup that i hope they will learn from is; We decided to add an extra night onto our stay...
