“I am 100% a believer that you get what you pay for but this place was very affordable, homey & easy access to all the need to go places!! I only wish the floors in the room were cleaner BUT keep in mind you are at the beach and across from the beach so the sand will forever be everywhere Sofa did have some mold but yet again, beach = water.. sitting water or consistent moisture = mold So don’t be to hasty and jump to conclusions Everything else was very clean. “Photos are accurate. Its a nice little place Two things immediately struck us one the elevator is slow with zero ventilation. We ended up taking the stairs because the elevator felt unsafe. The second was who ever cleans probably needs to be taught to clean or needs to be replaced. The unit smelt like stagnant fish. Specifically the bathroom. We did a quick clean and kept the bathroom fan running during our stay to make the smell tolerable. Over all it was a nice place”

“We only stayed one night, but the place was super cute, very clean, and had everything that we needed. Check in and out was super easy and convenient. We walked over to the local restaurant for dinner and it was fantastic!! We would stay here again for sure! We had a boat with us, so the parking was fantastic for boaters!!!! Highly recommend!!! A”

“My stay at this property was fantastic. The host, Cindy, was extremely helpful. She was a great resource for events going on in the area. I also had a very early morning flight and she was able to grant me an early arrival (granted that the room was ready). The location was a short 15 minute walk downtown (aout a little shy of a mile), I did not cook there but there is a microwave, stove, all the dishes, pots and pans and a gas grill out back. “Check in was a little difficult. Did not receive lock code until late evening. Had to contact VRBO twice the day of to get lock code from host. Other than that the stay was great. Perfect for one person or a couple. Comfy and quiet. The AC works great. It’s like a private hotel room with a small yard and bbq grill. Worked out perfect for me. I would stay again. ”
