“Cozy room. Quick response by management on broken coffee pot. Toilet seat was extremely loose and a modest amount of mildew around tub but room was clean. Parking is not real convenient. Room rate is reasonable , pay attention to added fees ot total price when shopping for a room. ”

“The condo is nice with a good view. Unfortunately one of the elevators was being worked on when we arrived which left 1 elevator to use resulting in longer waits. A storm came through and knocked the power out leaving us with no elevator and having to walk up 7 flights to get to our room. Overall we had a great experience.”

“The space was perfect for what we needed! Located in a great spot with access to the beach and various other amenities provided, it's hard to find a better spot. The hosts were incredibly considerate in helping us out by allowing us to keep our stuff in place while we waited for a late flight. Otherwise, we would have been stuck dragging our luggage around on a rainy day.”

“Loved the beach access, very quiet area. I’ll probably get a bigger option next time but definitely recommend this place for stays. It does have a washer and dry but not in the unit its shared. Only thing i didnt like was the way the room smelt not sure if it was the cleaning supplies that they use or if thats just the way it smells. Maybe adding air fresheners would help. ”

“We normally stay with a family member in the same condos. The condo was sold so they were moved to a one bedroom. We booked in mid January. The room was clean. The mattress on the Murphy bed could definitely be upgraded. The bathroom was comfortable for use. Definitely needs a mat in tub so nobody slips. The water adjustment in the shower takes a little bit to fine tune. The storage is good for your personal belongings. I like this area because it is close to great shopping and awesome...

“This was our first time in Rosemary Beach and we fell in love with the town and friendly community. This adorable carriage house apartment was perfect for my husband and me. The king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was just big enough and had everything we needed. We loved using the bikes provided to ride around and explore. Everything was just as described. We will be back next year!”

“The resort was fantastic. The food and bar downstairs had excellent service and good food. The beach is great, two nice pools to choose from and a good indoor pool if the weather gets a little rough. The staff was polite and very helpful. “We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay.”

"Fick ett rum med vatten på golvet i badrummet ( trots att vi inte använts) tog kontakt med receptionen, vi fick nytt rum. Vi sov där en natt, luktade mögel, tog kontakt igen , fick nytt rum som var bra. Tråkigt att man blir tilldelad dåliga rum, att de inte har koll. Högt pris med tanke på skicket på hotellet men jättebra läge (därför de kan ta så högt pris). Trevlig personal "
