“Our family of 4 stayed comfortably. Towels and sheets were well stocked. We loved walking across to the beach. Our 10 year old could take our 5 year old. We biked on street and sidewalks to downtown Milford, public library, playground. We loved Pennys used books. It was such a relaxing trip and we will be back to stay at Susana's lovely place.”

“We have stayed in this little cottage several times now. Convenient location for visiting downtown New Haven. Bed is comfortable - kitchen small but it has what you need. Nice walking neighborhood if you have dogs. We will be back.”

From the magnolia/pine topiaries outside, to the smores kit and the high end shampoos and body washes, we couldn't have felt more pampered and cared for. Fantastic communication and no issues whatsoever during our stay. I highly recommend this property as they really did think of everything. We look forward to staying here again!”

“Comfortable house, not huge, but nicely decorated. Host was very quick to respond when I had trouble with door code. The only con for us was lack of handrails on steps to exterior doors (front and back). Otherwise a great place to stay.”

“This waterfront property has it all! A comfortable, well-appointed, modern, light-filled space designed to take full advantage of its location on a point. Sweeping views of the Sound and other Thimbles from a generous deck perfectly positioned for privacy. The nearby sandbar beach feels almost like your own and the sense of friendly community on this small island is evident. The owners are gracious, welcoming, and immediately attentive to every question or need. Cannot recommend more highly!”
