“I find it very clean and comfortable in a cozy sort of way. Small, older place with older furnishing's, within walking distance to beach. Very quiet this time of year, just the way I like it. The woman that lives on premises is very kind and accommodating and the owner is as well, even if I only commented with him via phone and tex. The place is undergoing renovations, so by summer it will be even better than better.”

“Amazing location right on the beach and steps from an adorable corner store/ice cream shop. Brief walk away from restaurants and the light house. The house had some quirks but all of those were more than over looked by how amazing Bob and his family were at making our family feel right at home for the week we were there. “When you pull in the driveway off of the busy road, you immediately feel at peace with the surroundings. There is ample parking and a yard that reflects great care and the natural beauty of the Cape. The room was so clean and comfortable. I love soft sheets and they were luxurious. Liza, the owner was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The place was also affordable and about a 7 minute ride to the Martha’s Vineyard ferry. We stayed for 2 nights and I would certainly stay there...

“Not remotely as pictured. Had to go up 2 flights of stairs to reach room. No elevator. No sofas, just 1 old chair. 2 low lumpy twin beds. No bedside tables or lamps. Really bad.”

“We will enjoyed staying at this lovely home. It was a great home base for us to explore Plymouth, Boston and Cape Cod. We arrived late, but the owner was up to greet us and make sure we got in.”
