“The house is really unique, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen area and garden have a rustic charm while the other levels reflect the local roman heritage with marble and frescoes galore. The house is very large and in a quiet neighbourhood with spectacular views over the surrounding hills. En suites are small but practical. On road parking is plentiful. Malgré le malentendu sur le nombre de personnes, Francesca a été très compréhensive et à trouver des solutions pour préparer les chambres qui n'avaient pas été faites. “La Cucina exceeded our expectations in every way. Our family gathered from three places in Europe and the US to meet for time together mixed with seeing the best of Rome. “Our family loved our stay at Paola's villa! It was great to be able to escape the city every day and come back to such a beautiful, quiet place. It was incredibly hot while we were there, so the pool was a perfect escape from the heat - very clean and the perfect temperature. Getting to and from Rome.was a breeze. The train takes about 50 minutes to get into central Rome. The schedule can be hit or miss, but we were able to just hop on a bus instead. The town of Castelnuovo was also amazing....

“Wir fanden eine äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit einer sehr umfangreichen Ausstattung vor! Dazu ein schöner Swimmingpool in einem wunderschönen angelegten Garten. Der Garten umfasst dazu drei verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen und Relaxen. Das Alles zur alleinigen Nutzung in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. “Wir waren super zufrieden in dem Haus von Kate. Das Haus ist richtig schön eingerichtet, war sehr sehr sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Wir hatten ein kleines Heizung-„Problem“ und Kate hat sich sofort gemeldet und sich direkt gekümmert. Wir sind super happy mit allem und würden immer wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!”

“A beautiful house in a great location. Due to the higher elevation there is a pleasant climate, it does not get as hot as in the surrounding area. The house is well equipped. We assumed when booking that it is a four bedroom house, however, it is two separate units (a duplex) with two bedrooms each. Since our children are younger, we all stayed in one house, which was also sufficient space-wise for the five of us. The garden is just wonderful. “We stayed in August for 2 weeks in the villa of Stefano and had a great time. The house was fine, everything we needed was present in the villa, as long as we kept the shutters closed during the day to keep the heat out, we kept the house cool for the nights. We had access to 2 swimmingpools (!!), where do you find that? Stefano was a great host and always very helpful with advise and information about local sights to visit. We also enjoyed the local yearly festivities which are held in August....
