“A beautiful property well kept in a great location. Only con we found was the issue with the doors. All door locks including bathroom and bedroom don’t work. Also the main door to the building had issues. ”

“We spent most of our visit watching the cormorants out the window or on the back deck, when it was warm enough. Although we missed the sunrise, we did enjoy the sunsets. The house was a block away from Localz, which was a great spot for dinner and drinks. The house was very clean, tastefully decorated and had every amenity you would need.”

“The property was great and lots of places to walk my dog. I liked the location, next to the vineyard and easy drive to downtown Newport. My only minor complaint was that I went to the guest services to talk to them about the ants in the kitchen (it rained a lot so I understand ants can happen) and they said they would treat the kitchen that afternoon and they never showed up.”

“overal my stay was great. very clean hosts were avail if needed private in the warmer months an easy walk to the beach i imagine very peaceful an would be great to unwind”
