“The directions to the place were very informative and I would not have found it without the video. I found the staircase inside the property to be a little precarious. It had sharp turns and no handrails. It feels like it was not yet finished being constructed. There is a kitchen and there were coffee and burners but no cups larger than espresso cups and no pans. “This place is truly spectacular! We can't fault it. 'Spotlessly clean, gorgeous house and gardens, huge pool with pool lights. Tranquil surroundings. Highly efficient communication with both Frida (caretaker) and Jean Marc (owner). Lots to do and see in the area, but we didn't want to go out too much it was so beautiful! Naples is an easy train ride away and we loved the Tiberius cave at Sperlonga. We didn't want to leave!”

“Clean and functional apartment as shown in the pictures, literally less than 5 min walk to the beach. Core services are also very close, small grocery store(s), restaurants and cafes. Short drives for more services (Lidl ~15mins). Overall, great value for money. Our host, Maria, was great leading to our arrival and during the stay, communicating on whatsApp and providing info. The rental came with a local parking pass for free street parking, which was handy.”
