“The house was decorated so cute and was immaculate! The sinks in bathroom area did not drain well and I wouldn't recommend 2 couples to stay here just because of the bathroom configuration. It suites an adult couple with kids perfectly. But other than those two issues it was a great stay. Location was very close to downtown.”

We loved the layout and the big back area and access to the river. Enjoyed canoeing, hot tub, fishing (caught one), and coffee on the back patio. Communications with property manager were the best. “Quite spacious, nicely equipped in the kitchen and laundry. We liked having a yard and blooming plants and shrubs, as well as the porch swing. Keeping vintage features of the house, such as high ceilings and hardwood floors, was appreciated. Having the creek and paved trail within close walking distance was great. One maintenance issue: the slats in one shower "floated" due to a clogged drain. We were able to lift slats and clean drain. The major drawback is the house being next to a quite busy...

“We loved our stay here! The home is upscale and comfortable, with so many amenities. Has wifi, smart TV, farm views, privacy, plenty of seating, extremely stocked kitchen, nice towels, etc. The bunk room is adorable and had toys that worked for both our kids (5 & 9). “This place is going to be great. They have only been open 3 weeks and they have a few kinks to work out, but once they do, this place is going to be special. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique experience in Fredericksburg. Location is great and less than 15 minutes to dozens of wineries. The units are swanky with great amenities. ”

“Had a wonderful stay during the eclipse. The owner treated my wife, two daughters, and me like family. We even grilled chicken together and drank some of his excellent wine. We loved the "Garden of Eden," wine selection. We stayed above the wine tasting room at the main building which had hardwood floors and was neat and clean. We took a drive down to the cabins which were very nice and secluded in the woods. They were sold out but looked very nice. Thanks for all Nitzan.”
