“The room was well appointed and was a very quiet - I had the window cracked all night. The building is charming and had many shared amenities. Loved the comfy sitting room as well as the shared dining area with lots of comfy seating. Walking distance from the main retail area with many good eats and some shopping. I’d stay there again. Be aware there are stairs and no elevator.”

“This property was a great choice for my Vac/work retreat. The room was spacious and was not lacking in any areas, it was as described. There were a few minor cleaning items upon arrival, but nothing that would deter me from staying there again or leaving a negative review. Housekeeping was timely and stocked. All of the items in the common areas were as described. The only negative that occurred was after an event that transpired the front door locks were changed, they failed to make me aware....

“This is a great property in the heart of Denver! We used it for a company leadership retreat, and it was great since everyone had their own room and bathroom. The drawbacks were minor - parking was a bit tough (but it's the city!), and the one full kitchen had minimal dishes and silverware. The description of the bedrooms though does not match the beds on site: there are three bedrooms, two of them with a queen/king size bed and one with a queen size bunk bed (room for 4 people). We would come back at any time, but would adjust the number of people to the beds on site.”
