“This place was a gem! Nicely updated and very cute. Super clean!! And well equiped. Super easy check in and quick to respond! The area is very quiant and no loss of local culture. Tons of shops and many eateries to choose from! Everyone was so nice! Only down side, it was very hard to find. Very small sign for the Hotel under a much larger sign for the wine bar. “Wow! What an incredible place to stay for our first visit to Iceland! I will absolutely stay here again! It is in the most perfect location…walkable to everything! “This was an amazing motel. The kitchen had every utensils that we needed during our stay. Even though it was basically in the middle of nowhere, the car ride into Selfoss didn’t feel that long (the view is making it feel closer). The only negative I have to say is that the beds were rock hard, but we solved it by sleeping on the extra comforters from the bunk beds. I would highly recommend this motel, and I’ll consider another stay if I come back to the same area. ”
