“We stayed here two nights while attending a charity event in summerland. The house is very clean and well cared for. The house is exactly what you see in the photos. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen is well appointed with anything you may need. We had a dog with us, so we spent a lot of time outdoors in the backyard. It is really relaxing with beautiful mature trees. If you want to spend time in Summerland or Montecito this house is the perfect location. It is right in the middle...

“We came to check out Santa Barbara for my sister’s 21st birthday and this was a solid spot. Close enough to get anywhere you want to go in less than 20 minutes of driving, easily Uber-able as well. We had plenty of room, and there was 7 of us! ”

“This turned out to be a wonderful place to stay in Santa Barbara! We were within walking distance from State Street where there are a lot of restaurants and shops. The house itself is in very comfortable and well equipped! The garden area in the back is just delightful! We would definitely stay here again if in Santa Barbara. Dawn was a great host and left lots of ideas for places to go and eat.”
