Morning of arrival David contacted there was a roach problem and if we could wait 2 more days to check in and asked for money through Paypal to help pay exterminator (first clue of suspicious activity) We are from Texas so we had to rent a hotel in Times Square in June which was not cheap! Upon going to the apartment 2 days later NOTHING was cleaned or exterminated, roaches crawling around everywhere (floors, bed, bathroom...

“Excellent property for our girl's weekend in NYC celebrating my friend's 60th birthday. We had 7 in our group and had plenty of space in this beautiful, clean brownstone on the Upper West Side. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood. We had great communication from property management. Would definitely stay here again with a group.”
