“What an amazing Diamond in this private Oasis. The total privacy in the backyard of your Villa is a picturesque Island. With heavy vegetation of Palms and lush bushes it gives each Villa their own privacy. The fenced, heated, pool is also a tranquil area. In all areas there is a ton of seating. From the River out your front door and seemingly new river walk, you’ll never have need to leave your vacation home. No, I’m not a relative. Our first stay but not the last.”

“This house was perfect for our stay - 14 women who attended boarding school together. The house afforded numerous choices for sleeping; meals both inside and out on the lanai, a wonderful pool and spa; even flyovers equivalent to the Blue Angels during the afternoon. Amenities were amazing- from the modern appliances, gourmet utensils, a washer/dryer, massive TVs, a perfect WiFi, dish and hand soaps, shampoo,hand sanitizer, paper products galore. Nothing was left to chance! You wont regret...

“Home is very well maintained. Safe neighborhood close to several places within walking distance to hide, bike and kayak. Lovely pool and spa in a beautiful fenced in private backyard. Master bedroom is spacious and the bed is very.comfortable. Mike answered any questions we had immediately and was very kind and professional. This house is a gem as are the owners.”

“This property is absolutely perfect in every way. From the moment we entered we could tell the care and thought the owners have put into making this home an amazing destination while visiting the area. There was not one thing we needed while we were there, they legitimately thought of everything! Beds were comfy as was the rest of the house. We loved watching the sunrise and birds from the screened lanai overlooking the mangroves. We made good use of the grill and dining set in the front patio...

“We so enjoyed staying here. The home was clean and the neighbors were so nice. The house was well equipped and we loved having the dock for our boat. A/C was great and water pressure impressive. Parking situation isn't the best if you have a boat but not a big deal. Location to boat ramp makes up for this. Thank you for a great time.”

“Stayed here for family vacation meeting from 2 states. 5 adults and 8 grandkids ages 5-12. Great location went to the zoo, Busch gardens, aquarium and ocean. The house was perfect for all of us, cooked several meals to save money and the kitchen had everything we needed. the communication with the host was wonderful. Would definitely recommend!!!”
