“We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful home! It is just gorgeous, built in the colonial style with beautiful wood, tile and antique furniture but with all the modern amenities like a heated pool, fully furnished kitchen, etc. There was plenty of space for our family of 10, the beds and linens were comfortable and plentiful. “We loved this house! It is now our favorite house in Guatemala. Being about 20 mins from Antigua made it a perfect location for our trip. Edwin was a great host and always very responsive. House was clean, and exactly as pictured. We'd definitely stay here again!”

“This was a great place to stay with our 3 adult children, son in law and 2 grandchildren. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and yet be together in the common area. “I recently stayed at Modern Home in Old Town through Vrbo, and unfortunately, it was not the experience I hoped for. I paid for an extra day to ensure access to the property upon arrival. However, when I got there, the previous tenants were just leaving, leaving the house uncleaned and not ready for us.The sliding doors were another issue; they lacked any mechanism to lock or secure them, which raised security concerns during our stay. Antigua

"Stannade en natt i Antigua och hade bokat hotellet i förväg. Enkelt att hitta med en bra parkering när man kom. Hotellet hade transport till centrum varje timme Rummen var lyhörda med dålig ljudisolering i fönster och dörrar med störande ljud från gatan. Vi bodde i markplan mot vägen med en mindre trädgård som utsikt vilket var fint. Säkert tystare i rummen mot bad området. Högljudda personer i korridoren hördes också väldigt väl. Fina utrymmen på hotellet med gott om servicevänlig personal och en bra frukost "

"We stayed one night to take a flight next day. It really was a very good experience. Location was perfect and the hotel was in a very good shape. What was really outstanding was the pool, inside the hotel but still outside! "
