"Ligger väldigt nära Centralstationen i Antwerpen. Det är ett stort plus. Värdelös service i receptionen. Rummet slitet, lampor funkade inte. Frukosten var däremot okej. Kuddarna stenhårda. "

"Room was nice size and clean. Breakfast was nice and service was great! Big thanks to Eva and Alex for making our mornings great! Service at reception was not great! We had a late check out but our keys stopped working so we could not get in so my wife and baby had to stand and wait while I had to get new keys which took forever because of staff wasn’t very quick! Housekeeping came to clean our room and disturbed our baby’s sleep because no comunication between front desk and housekeeping. Elevator for entrence was not working so had to lift stroller and baby every time we left or came in to the hotel. Asked for help to sort out a taxi with a Babyseat but concierge did not understand and could not recommend a cab company that we could call and said that we could google instead. Reception was no helpful either. Another problem with getting a cab to the hotel is that they can’t park anywhere and they can’t use the hotel parking house as vans do not “fit” in there. "

"Vi upplevde en utmärkt service då vi kunde förvara våra väskor länge på hotellet efter utcheckning då vårat fly gick sent. Mycket vänlig personal och fint rum."
