“The unit was as described, clean & comfortable and the location is perfect for a week in wine country. the resort facilities are also 1st class. My only complaint is regarding the checkin process. After the desk checkin, you are required to go to the other side of the room to get the wrist bands that are both a room & resort key. Here, they put on a full court press to sell you a time share. They were very aggressive and held the bands. They were resistant to take no for an answer almost...

“Felt like a home away from home. Anytime we needed something, all we had to do was call guest services and they literally ran it over, they work so hard to make everything nice and perfect. Kids loved being there and walking all over the property, they played volleyball, badminton and swam in the pool, a lot. We will definitely be back.”

“Beautiful home with excellent set up. Spacious, comfortable and in a safe private location. We used the hot tub as it was winter when we came and it was wonderful. Everything was very clean and in working condition. ”

“We loved our stay here. The house was big and beautiful for my husband and I. It was cozy, had great views, loved all the nature , the cleanliness, decorations and updated home and games. Had it not been raining we would have utilized the outdoor fire pits. The outdoor hot tub under the bamboo trees was great. Close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.”
