"We spent one night at Cordis Beijing Capital Airport Hotel during our transit to our final destination. Overall the experience was very positive. The best was the stuff at the hotel, very kind and helpful. We had an incident with our kid and they even arranged a ride to the local hospital and provided some Chinese medicine. Thank you very much for all your help and hospitality. We had two small children (3 & 6 years old) and their stay and breakfast was free of charge. The breakfast buffet was amazing both the "Western" and Chinese cuisine with lots of alternatives. What needs to be improved for a 5 star rating is the room cleanliness. We found a cockroach in the room and spots here and there that needed to be cleaned. Also the service of the shuttle from/to the airport. It goes every 30 minutes and according to the hotel manager it is not required to call the hotel to get the service, but for us we waited 45 minutes and made two phone calls to get it, while other hotel shuttles have done two round-trips by then. We received apologies from the hotel manager and were upgraded to a family suite. Overall a very good experience. Thank you everyone at the Cordis Beijing Capital Airport. "
