“We had a great time in Ashland. This house has a great layout for a multigenerational trip. There are places to come together and places to have some quiet time. Our host was responsive and very helpful. Check in and check out were easy. Thanks again for having us!”

“House was great for a large group. Plenty of room for everyone to visit and nice big kitchen. Beautiful property, great location for Medford, Jacksonville and Central Point shopping and restaurants. However, there is not enough bedding or towels for 12 people. Towels had to be washed daily and there are no extra blankets for the couches that had to be used to accommodate 12. And total bummer that when we were there the hot tub was not working.”

“This large home worked well for our family group of eight adults and two children. It is definitely a work in progress as stated in the description. The remodeled kitchen and finished areas are great and it could be really fabulous when the rest of the house and pool area are finished. “This place is a gem. The location was wonderful. There was plenty of space for our family to enjoy our stay. The futons and air mattress in the living room made it so fun for our girls to have a slumber party. The lower deck was so fun with the propane fire table. Plenty of bath towels and toilet paper. If you plan on cooking meals, I would bring paper towels, dish towels and your own spices/condiments. There was less than 1/2 a roll of paper towels for us to use. Also if planning on utilizing...
