"Hotellet har sett sina bästa dagar, är i behöv av renovering, restaurang personalen anstränger sig och är trevlig. Internet är mycket dåligt i rummet. För att ha en stabil internet var vi tvungna att vistas på grann hotellet och även om vi ville njuta att av den karibiska havet. Cocoliso saknar en riktigt strand."

"The location of the hotel is magical with the most beautiful water we have ever seen. Good drinks and ok food. However the standard of the rooms are way below what we paid for. Cockroaches, lizards and the room not cleaned properly (disgusting cushions, black hair in the shower), toilets not always able to flush as well as no hot water. If going I would recommend going only for one night because unfortunately this place is in need of a renovation to motivate 400+ usd/ night. "

"We unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, mainly because of the following reasons: - no boat transfer to the island and no support at all when reaching out to the resort (incl. no person speaking English at all); we tried to reach out via phone, WhatsApp and e-mail but did not receive any response - they market an own restaurant with broad dish options and they offer you a big menu but in fact they only had 5-6 dishes available for dinner from that menu, and no vegetarian dish at all - no warm water at all even though indicated otherwise online"
