“This home is beautiful and worked well for our family, however it isn’t a beachfront property like it shows. The beach is a good four blocks away, but a quick 10 minute walk. The owner was very responsive and receptive to some suggestions!”

“I will say I think this property would be best for younger people. The location is fantastic and ample room for parking. The basics are provided. It could use some refreshing and maybe a few extra towels and blankets. I expressed some concerns with a few things that needed to be cleaned better with the agency and I assume they’ll make an effort with those issues for future guests. Note that the layout is very vertical, all the bedrooms are upstairs. We also didn’t spend any time on the top floor...

“The cute property was perfect for our stay in Jacksonville. We flew in from Alaska to visit our son and celebrate his 30th birthday. We easily walked to dinner every night, we walked to the beach in the mornings for sunrise. We had friends stop in to visit us. The grocery store is two blocks away…The location was perfect!! The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were nice. The beach cottage is clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is stocked and we cooked breakfast there every...

“Fantastic location and literally only steps from the smoothest sand we’ve walked on in many years! Everything was as advertised and plenty of room for a family of four. Nicely updated and tastefully decorated. We gave the overall check-in process 4/5 because we didn’t get the instructions or entry codes until we asked for them twice (once 24 hours before and once the day of check-in at 4:30 pm). The management team was apologetic and this may have been an oversight, but it was nerve racking....
