“This is my third time staying at Jim's place in Angels Camp, and absolutely loved it. Jim is a very responsive, accommodating, and kind host that made me feel at home. I love coming to Angels Camp because they have the best view of the Bear Mountains area available, and the town of Angels Camp just has a certain charm that is good when I need to come here to "reset." Would recommend you check out the Miners Lounge for drinks and the Angels Creek Cafe for food as well if you do come to Angels...

“My entire family enjoyed very moment of our weekend at Dog & Pony Ranch. The hosts, Cyndi and Troy, made us feel welcome immediately. Once we were settled in, they invited us to help care for their animals and that experience really was special. My kids collected eggs, fed the animals and even got to ride the horses and walk the llamas! We cannot wait to return to Cyndi and Troy's beautiful property again.”

“Property owner was available via messaging and very responsive when we had an issue with one of the toilets (wouldn’t stop running.) Check-in was a breeze. The bathrooms were both really nice - spacious and modern. We liked the open layout of the house. The kids loved exploring the land. Overall we had a positive experience.”

“Very cozy cabin in a serene creek side setting. There is a fenced side yard for dogs (although our medium sized dogs were able to jump the fence). Great place to detach and unwind. Owner was helpful and available with any needs/questions. A couple of minor things: the largest bed size is full and we did find the bathtub to not be 100% clean. But overall a great spot!”

“It was a perfect spring weekend for our daughter’s wedding at Vida Buena Farm in Vallecito. The house is spacious and well laid out including the rocking chairs and table/chairs on the porch. The upstairs bedroom with 2 beds is large and easily accommodated the bride’s garments and pre-wedding photo session. The location right off Main Street was a quick walk to the rehearsal reception at Hovey and the after party at Murphy’s Hotel. Definitely recommend!”
