“Very nice unit in Manchester, Richmond, Virginia, which is up and coming, and close to downtown.”

“I visit family in Richmond a couple of times a year. This is when I always choose to stay. Location, property, convenience, amenities are all perfect for my taste. Pictures and on line description are accurate.”

The property was exactly what you expect in the Fan. Also very clean, and the coffee and snacks were a great touch.”

“The place was really cute and comfortable enough. I’m not sure if the details had mentioned pets were allowed or not but I will make sure to look for that next time. We enjoyed our time there but the only thing was all the furniture and carpet rugs were covered with pet hair. There was hardly any place I could sit without getting pet hair all over my clothes. Other than that, everything was perfect.”

“Really enjoyed our stay. The place was great and plenty of room. Clean and updated with several balconies. Neighborhood's was safe and many places to eat close and walkable. Several parks nearby and the James River walk/Browns island was a short drive.”

“Nice place to stay. 2 adults, two kids, easy to get to everything whether walking or driving. Suggest they add ice trays to the frig. But would definitely stay here again. Hosts were very accommodating and communicated very well. You can park in loading zone, load the place and then drive around the corner to park the car. All very easy and convenient.”

“Great beds and the unit had everything we needed for a quick stay. The host, Mr. Devine gave lots of great info about the area and was helpful all around. We loved walking around the neighborhood and found Brewers Cafe to be a delightful stop for local flavor and great breakfast sandwiches. The only negative is that this is an apartment style unit, and there was quite a bit of noise from other the units ”

“The home was amazing and we appreciated the decor and specific details that were from the 1800’s. We felt in history in the home. The bedrooms with bathrooms were amazingly decorated and the kitchen was well stocked! Thank you for sharing your home with us.”

“We were in the area seeing our son who is in VA for his summer internship. The home feels historical accurate while still having modern amenities. Having the kitchen in a separate building took a little getting used to but we managed. Our dogs were fascinated by the cow and the ground are beautiful. We had a small issue with the smoke alarm going off but the host was extremely responsive and handled it within 20 mins”
