“Quieter than the mega resorts. Great location on the beach. Walking distance to shopping, dining, Hi-Lo grocery store. Everyone was friendly, food at on site restaurant was on par with local spots. Fresh fruit and bread/pastries for continental breakfasts were perfect start to the day!”

“Ett fantastiskt hotell som erbjöd allt vi kunde önska. Trevlig och positiv personal som var mycket hjälpsam. Rummet med havsutsikt och balkong var rymligt och hade ett stort badrum. Maten var utsökt och det fanns inget som saknades i buffén som varierades stort för varje dag. Stor fin pool och intilliggande strand som båda alltid var rena och fräscha. Kommer gärna tillbaka hit igen.”

“Junior swim out suite was awesome! Property is new with Private beach. Staff were nice and friendly. Hotel is overall absolutely beautiful. There were a lot of food options. The only thing I would recommend is adding pool towels in the swim out rooms or provide something for guest to clean the wet floors after getting out the pool and walking in the room. ”

“We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it”

“Princess Senses the Mangrove is such a beautiful property. It is spacious and private, set back in from the highway, and the beach is on a private little bay. The staff are so friendly, and the food is excellent! We were there in the off season and sometimes it felt like we had the whole resort to ourselves. All the rooms have an ocean view, and we enjoyed many sunsets from our private balcony. Check in was so easy and quick, which set the stage for a wonderful stay. We would definitely go...

“This was the third time we stayed at Country Country! We love this charming, peaceful place with all pittoresque houses located under the palmtrees. The beach is one step down and it is also possible to enjoy the small local diners on the mainstreet. ”

“My wife and I just had the most incredible 4 night stay at GoldenEye for our anniversary. We stayed in one of the Lagoon Cottages which was very roomy and comfortable. We loved being directly on the lagoon where we could swim, kayak or just sit and watch the turtles go by. We enjoyed the beaches and pools on the property as well. All of the staff (front desk, restaurants, grounds, water sports, spa, etc.) were wonderful. And, every meal we had at Bizot Bar and Bamboo Bar was delicious and...

Good and bad help by the front desk.

"A woman at the frontdesk with big red glasses were very unfriendly and rude to us when we wanted help with changing room. She said our issue was unsolvable, but we got help the day after by woman with a great servise attitude. The food were more or less the same everyday. "

"Jättefin resort - flera restauranger och barer. Fina stränder och stort poolområde. Rrevlig personal i restaurangerna och barerna. Bra mat - både i restaurangerna och vid de enklare ställena utomhus. Bra stämning vid poolen med musikquiz, dans m.m. Det som var mindre bra var att det är dyrt att åka till och från flygplatsen samt på utflykt. Utflykt till Montego Bay rekommenderas inte. Upplevdes inte alls genuint och väldigt turistigt. Stanna bara på resorten! Ett minus med resorten, men som säkert gäller på alla ställen på Jamaica är att det är väldigt instängt - det går inte att gå på promenader etc för det är inhägnat (pga säkerhet)."
