“This Property is in an excellent, quiet, safe neighborhood less than a block from the 'Annapolis' water...meaning lots of boating goin on. Each window has at least a partial view of the water. The entire building is well maintained. The location is easy to find and is only a short walk from downtown via a bridge you will absolutely want to walk! The Condo is on a middle floor of the building but there was never any noise from the unit above or below. The persons I met were gracious and relaxed...

“Location was perfect for our quick college visit to Howard University. Walkable to Whole Foods and places to eat. Host was extremely accommodating and quick with responding. Check in instructions were clear and we had no issues. We would definitely book again if our student decides to go to Howard University next year! ”

“We were so excited to stay here. The property was in a neighborhood about 15 min drive from the Capital. We ate at Dennys (3 min drive) where the bathrooms were locked up. The waitress said someone was shot in the bathroom a few days prior and that’s why they were locking them. The interior looked the same as the pictures. I don’t think their cleaning people are that good. The floors were FILTHY! There was no outdoor pool or gym. The prop manager provided me some a vague map with DIRECTIONS to...

“We had a great stay. The place was located in a good area convenient to metro. We utilized both the metro and uber. There was a grocery store about 15 minute walk away. The house was clean. There were pots, dishes and dishwasher which came in handy with kids. Overall great little vacation. We hope to stay here again in the future!!”

“Check-in was super easy and smooth. Owners and host was super responsive and helped us recommend a car service from the airport that ended up being a great help throughout the weekend since we didn’t rent a car. Place was exactly what we needed for my plebe to relax and recharge when needed and close enough to all the downtown Annapolis action when he wanted it. For our family the proximity to USNA could not have been more convenient. We loved that we could walk and be on campus within minutes....

“It’s close by to the main things you want to see in DC and street parking was pretty easy. The surrounding area was quiet. The apartment had everything you needed. The check in and check out process is super easy. The host is very responsive and helpful. Had an issue and the host had sent someone out the same day to take care of it. Would definitely recommend. ”

"Mycket serviceminded personal överallt. Riktigt bra rum och badrum, väldigt skön säng, sänglinne och handdukar. Klanderfri städning. Trevlig bar. Saknar miljötänk kring handduksbyten vilket drar ner betyget på det. 10 minuters promenad till närmaste tunnelbanestation. Man befinner sig i en storstad och trafiken hörs väl i rummen mot Thomas circle. Det störde inte oss men ifall man är känslig för sådant är det nog bättre att be om ett rum åt andra hållet. "

"The hotel is close to a trainstation which was convienient arriving from Dulles airport. Within walking distance from The national mall with all the sights and also close to the Warf with plenty of nice bars and restaurants. The room was very small but as you got used to it it works. The bed is supercomfortable but as you only get in from one side you have to think about who is more likely to need to get out of bed first ...Breakfast was really nice, really good coffeservice, the only thing I missed was fresh pancakes/waffles. Lobbyarea has a cool livingroom vibe and the bar serves up some good drinks and barfood. Eveything in the room is controlled by an ipad, it works and you get used to it qiuckly. A good hotel close to the main monuments and museums. Train station close by and easy to get to airport or unionsation. "
