Luckily, someone in our group was in HVAC tech because the emergency call wasn’t going to respond till 10 AM the next day. The management company offered a late check out as compensation for our inconvenience, which was kind of insulting. I had to ask for a free night before they agreed to it. “We had a great time staying at the property in North Creek! The house was very clean and spacious, the hosts were very communicative, the location was great (just 30 minutes away from Lake George, 10 minutes from Lake Minerva and a3 minutes away from charming downtown North Creek). Highly recommend and will stay again when traveling to the area!”

“We had a great stay at the Cozy Chalet. Location was very close to North Creek but secluded and right on the creek so the sound of the water was great. The house was comfortable and cozy and we enjoyed hanging out int he main room. Mike was very easy to communicate with and made sure everything went smoothly.”

“We spent a long winter weekend at Lake Indian. The cottage is very cozy, functional for a group of up to 8, in a bucolic setting with wonderful views of the mountains. When we came in the evening the thermostat was on low and the house was very cold. Temperature outside was around minus 15 F. first night was spent under several duvets.
