Lots of room for our family of five plus a baby. Our bed was super comfortable, and Maria was kind enough to find us a baby cot for our little grandson to sleep in. “The unit was filled with many inexpensive drinks and foods to purchase and many other items were free. The unit was clean and well appointed. The bedding was the best I experienced in Europe. There were many good restaurants nearby, especially near the canal. Communication with host Fausto was excellent”

“Perfekt lägenhet för oss fyra med 2 vuxna och två tonåringar. Fräsch och snyggt inredd. Något hårda sängar. Stor terass med mysig soffgrupp och matbord. Eftermiddagssolen var dock lite för het för att kunna njuta fullt ut men före 12 och efter 18 var terassen underbar! Vi lyckades pricka in när ”extremhettan” härjade i södra Europa så ac:n i lägenheten var mycket uppskattad! Vi gick till Colosseum på ca 25-30min, men om man hellre tar Metron så är gångtiden ca 5-7min. Hyresvärdarna svarade...

Un lieu plein de charme , sorte de veranda, le Cocoon, nous rassemblait le soir pour y diner tous ensemble . Possibilite d’avoir une cuisiniere qui prend tout en charge... Tres beau et très grand parc..., avec piscine. Grand espace de jeu et de repos dehors.... Nous avions loué des autos à l’aéroport pour aller prendre le train à une gare proche... train tres frequent qui arrive à Flaminia, place...

Stefania was an excellent host from start to finish, going above an beyond helping us to organise taxis on multiple occasions and offering advice on nearby restaurants and train stations. Will definitely be back!”

“Härligt hus nära havet, med egen pool och relaxområde i trädgården. Vi hade en fantastisk vecka där vi både njöt av sol och bad och kunde ta oss till Rom och uppleva pulsen i den fantastiska staden! Vi fick tips om en jättemysig lokal restaurang där vi firade min mans 50-års Dag, med jättegod middag! Vittorio svarade alltid snabbt och hjälpsamt på alla frågor! Perfekt hus att njuta med familjen i lugn och ro, men ändå nära till Rom! Kan varmt rekommendera att hyra här!!”

“We just had a magical stay at this villa with two families and children… looks better than the pictures…, we were easily able pop in and out of all the best tours and sites and restaurants and shopping just a quick cab ride away…. At night drinking wine on the patio while the kids jumped in and out of the hot tub…. Great coffee shop and walking parks just up the street… we would def come back and Great for two families to share.”

“We enjoyed our stay in Villa Simone! It is an easy travel by train and Metro to the city centre which takes about 40 to 60 minutes depending on the site you wish to visit (incl. Walking). The house is located close to the train station which makes it easy to walk there but you will also hear the train and traffic when sitting outside. This did however not disturb us too much. “Cute little place, had everything we needed. Close to a small market down the street to stock fridge and restaurants/places two streets away. Safe and quiet area reminded me of LA. Communication was immediate. Super close to the train station where you can also get the touring buses. Definitely pay attention to the instructions”

“This property was not convenient to all that we wanted to see in Rome. The house was not well stocked. There was no laundry detergent, limited rolls of toilet paper, limited amount of towels. and truly pitiful bed pillows Uber or taxi expenses were large.”

“We rented this lovely house for a weekend in June 2017. It is a big house with a big kitchen that is perfect for a big family or two familes. We enjoyed good italien food in the garden after being at the beach during the days. Fregene is situated so it is easy to go to smal villages and Rome for a day. The pepole in Fregene were very kind and Isabelle was extremley kind and helpful before and during our stay. A perfect week in Italy!”

“This apartment was absolutely perfect for our family! I was a little nervous because I don’t think it had any reviews, but so glad we picked this place. The neighborhood was perfect, equal distance between Colosseum and Vatican. Very close to Trevi, Spanish Steps, and Trastevere for dinners. “Me, my husband and 7 friends traced to Rome for the 2023 Ryder Cup. Although the perfidy the YS team disappointed us, the Italian villa in Albano Laziale did NOT. From the gracious hospitality of Ivano the owner, to the talented professional private driver and chef, our group was pampered and cared for during our entire stay. We created many fond memories in this charming and relaxing villa. We highly recommend it for family or friends seeking a fun Italian getaway.”
